Player control
Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your Smash Dash account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Open Smash Dash and note the player name and Player ID / friend code shown on your profile.
- Email game-play@smashdash.io with the subject Delete my Smash Dash account. Include your player name, Player ID / friend code, and whether you use Android or iOS.
- We will reply with account-control verification steps. If the account is linked to Apple or Google, contact us from the linked email when possible. Never send us a password, sign-in token, store password, payment-card number, or purchase token.
- After verification, we aim to complete the request within 30 days. If applicable law permits or requires more time, we will tell you.
Data deleted or de-identified
- Your account profile, device-account association, linked sign-in identity and email, active sessions, and public player identifiers.
- Inventory, virtual balances, progression, quests, rewards, statistics, cosmetics, season and pass state.
- Friend, challenge, clan-membership, block, referral, and similar social associations.
- Your direct association with match history, reports, and replay records where deletion is not overridden by a legal, safety, or integrity need.
Limited information that may be retained
We may retain the minimum information necessary for purchase reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, fraud and abuse prevention, tax or accounting duties, security, dispute resolution, or other legal requirements. We restrict this retained information from ordinary gameplay use and delete it when the applicable need ends.
Existing short-cycle backups age out on their normal schedule, currently approximately seven days. Aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer reasonably identify you may remain.
Need help identifying the account?
Contact game-play@smashdash.io and explain what information you still have. We will not ask for your Apple password, Google password, full payment-card details, or store credentials.
For more information about how data is handled, read the Smash Dash Privacy Policy.
